Mark Barry I'm Emailing Your ServiceMaster Colleagues.. I'm Gonna Tell Them About How Customer Service Should NOT Happen. RESPECT for the Customers is IN in 2013.... Didn't YOU Get the Memo?

Day 12:  Brandi at AHS is passing my number to  ANOTHER supervisor- I found out "how old" my AC is - people have withheld information from me and I'm tired...

Day 11 and 8:33pm and 88 degrees...
the inhumanity continues..

Mark Barry American Home Shield and Eagle Air Based in Plainfield messed with the wrong woman.

Sharyn Bovat is NOT gonna let Mark Barry's company lie and get away with it.  She got the runaround from American Home Shield and

"I'm tired of being treated like shit.  There's a heatwave happening in Chicagoland and I'm having my Kathy Bates Fried Green Tomato Moment..."  Sharyn Bovat

I WANT RESPECT!!!!
Note to contractors "if" you google someone & you find out they did research work for CIA operatives: Don't **** with them.  Sharyn Bovat has PROOF that Eagle Air was inhumane and they gave her the "runaround" & at the same time American Home Shield gave "really bad" customer service.  This average American is fighting for ALL the people that get abused by companies and or uncaring people.   It's time for RESPECT for ALL People.

May this be a lesson to all the in the AC industry to treat ALL your customers with RESPECT & Dignity.  If you don't "this" can happen.

  1. Sharyn -- do you have any suggestions about how to put the screws to AHS? My A/C is on the fritz...in TUCSON...in July. If I don't get relief I'm going to have to move into a hotel temporarily, find my own contractor to fix or replace the A/C, cancel my contract with AHS, and after-the-fact pursue any recourse I might have against them. Did you have any success dealing with them in the end?

  2. Why would we want to spend hundreds of dollars on a policy that might cover the replacement of a water spice for a tub, but none of the work that goes into getting the to the plumbing for that tub or the replacement work to where there is an enclosed bathroom. You should be reported to the better business Bureau and to all of the real estate agencies that put you down as the home warranty company, because of what you will say you will do and not take into considerat ion the work that needs to occur prior to the spickett getting fixed or the work to make the bathroom usable again. And what about contractors that you have chosen to fix cabinets in a kitchen and flooring in the living room that were damaged due to a leaking dishwasher that came with the house, that still as not been started or completed? Or how about the damage to our ceiling that was caused by rain, heavy rain. We lI've in Arizona as you well know, monsoons only happen during a certain time frame, so 90% of the time the roof is fine and there is no damage to the ceiling. But get a good monsoon or remnants of a tropical storm or hurricane and you have a leaking roof, which causes water damage to the ceiling, walls and floors. The roofing company who 'installed' a new roof, 'fixes the roof', but what abouthe the ceiling and walls. The 'roofing company' hasn't fixed anything the roof leaks in a new area now that has done even more damage to my house. The water heater that came with the house was not approved to be in a mobile home, but that is what it came with so now what are we suppose to do? Go without hot water or use the hot water heater that was in the house?

Am I a little disgruntled, you have no clue what this does to a person with PTSD, Severe depression and severe trust issues not to mention anger management issues. We trusted our realtor, we trusted your company to do what you say. Oh wait "we will fix the leak, but everything else is your responsibility." Really? Thank you for making my dream home a nightmare. I really appreciate it so very much. Both my husband and I served this great Nation with more integrity than you show those you cover. Shame on you, your words should be your bond. We cover it and will fix it should include all work that needs to be performed not just the spickett.
